Vincent D. Cammarata - Principal

Vincent D. Cammarata is a proven senior level executive and change agent with expertise in revitalizing organizations, building brand equity, and affecting positive growth. As a highly respected leader with a clear, focused direction, he has seen notable results throughout his career. He has been instrumental in corporate reorganization and restored client confidence by consistently delivering innovative products, services, and programs to maximize profits. Vincent is an effective mentor and personnel manager who believes that “high achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.”

While holding executive level positions with several Technology Companies, Vincent implemented countless improvements that contributed to the various companies profitability while establishing their position as leaders in a highly regulated, niche industry. His complex business plans creatively shifted the corporate portfolio, focusing on product/service research and development and a customer-based business model that included strategic joint ventures, and teaming agreements with core alliances.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Silver Star Communications, one of Vincent’s greatest professional accomplishments was his success establishing the company as a preferred supplier and value added provider to the federal government/military sector. By developing flexible product/service architectures and ensuring exceptional subsystem integrations, he reinforced sales initiatives with a solid presence through out the Department of Veterans Affairs, Army, Navy, Base Realignment and Closure Commission, Federal Intelligence Sector and many other Federal Agencies, Authorities and Commissions.
With a professional and highly trained staff, clients were ensured prompt and cost effective completion of all projects, which in turn generated additional revenue, sustained growth, and enhanced the competitive edge.

Vincent initially enlisted in the United States Army, gained invaluable experience and ultimately graduated from a Reserve Officers Training Corps program earning a Commission. He served as a Senior Member of the Office of General Counsel ensuring that the Army’s legal standards were maintained and served as Director of Personnel & Programs operating the Army’s personnel, administrative, and community activities support systems. Vincent was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army Reserves in May of 2005.

Vincent is an alumnus of Trinity College (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering &  Master of Business Administration), Templeton University (Master of Technology Management) and earned a Juris Doctorate from Alexandria University-College of Law. His commitment and dedication to community involvement is evidenced by the time and energy he contributes. A member of the not-for-profit group, Military Officers Association of America, he currently serves on the Board of Directors and sat on both the Finance and the Marketing & Membership Committees. Vincent is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, where he connects regularly with colleagues, assisting in the attainment of personal and professional development.
